Included Crystals

🖤 Black Tourmaline - Protection & Grounding

Traditionally associated with protection, grounding and energetic boundaries, Black Tourmaline symbolises stability and resilience. It serves as a reminder to protect your peace and remain grounded in your own energy.

🖤 Black Obsidian - Boundaries & Self-Reflection

Associated with protection, introspection and shadow work, Black Obsidian symbolises the courage to face what lies beneath the surface, recognise unhelpful patterns and establish healthy boundaries.

🤎 Smoky Quartz - Stability & Release

Traditionally linked with grounding, balance and letting go, Smoky Quartz represents the process of releasing what no longer serves you and returning your focus to the present moment.

🌿 Moss Agate - Nature & Growth

Associated with nature, renewal, abundance and personal growth, Moss Agate symbolises the steady, patient process of growing through life’s changes while remaining connected to the earth.

The Intention

May I remain rooted in my strength, grounded in the present, and protected by the boundaries I choose to uphold.

May I release what no longer serves me, stand firm in my own energy, and find peace in the stillness of the earth beneath my feet.

May I draw strength from nature, trust my resilience, and move through the world with courage, balance and a steady heart.

My intention is to stand strong in who I am, rooted in the earth and secure within myself.

A Note About Your Crystals

Please note: Crystal meanings reflect traditional spiritual and metaphysical beliefs and are intended for personal reflection. They are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care.

Crystals are natural, so variations in colour, shape, size and markings are to be expected. Each kit is intuitively assembled with care and intention.

If a stone is unavailable, I reserve the right to substitute it with a crystal of comparable value that aligns with the same or a similar spiritual intention.
